HelloWork is one of the leading players in the recruitment and employment industry in France. The group develops several digital platforms and solutions dedicated to employment, recruitment, and employer branding. In a context of continuous growth and evolution of its digital tools, Hellowork works daily with if/else agency to strengthen its technical expertise on HubSpot and collaborate with top experts to support the deployment of its technical projects on the platform.
Following an unsatisfactory experience with a previous provider, Hellowork needed a partner capable of quickly addressing both technical challenges and broader HubSpot ecosystem-related issues, while maintaining high standards in terms of performance and quality.

After several one-off assignments, Hellowork and if/else agency now work closely together on a daily basis across various technical and functional topics:
For Hellowork’s various websites, we chose to develop a master template gathering all the components needed to build a complete website. This methodology differs from the more traditional approach of developing multiple templates section by section, often containing similar types of components.
This approach was only possible thanks to the quality of the designs provided by Hellowork’s internal teams, who carefully designed and produced a highly consistent design system. This master template, developed on top of our proprietary foundation, was then adapted into several themes and sub-themes reflecting the graphical differences between the brand’s various entities.
Deliverables: one master template, multiple themes, as well as a library of customizable modules and sections enabling their teams to independently evolve their website whenever needed.
