Ringover case study: High-converting landing pages on HubSpot

Ringover case study: HubSpot's high-performance landing pages

Creating high-performance B2B landing pages for more conversions

Ringover is a cloud communication solution dedicated to sales and support teams. In a context of growth, the company wanted to improve the performance and scalability of its HubSpot landing pages.

Prior to if/else agency's involvement with HubSpot, each landing page requirement required custom web development, the intervention of a developer, and therefore a lead time of up to several weeks. A lack of agility that weighed heavily on the Growth and Acquisition teams, particularly during strategic campaigns: e-books, webinars, events, demos...

Problems: technical dependency, lack of design consistency and low conversion.

  • Inflexible internal processes resulting in low-quality deliverables
  • Lack of autonomy for marketing teams and 0 scalability
  • A need for flexible HubSpot templates, designed for conversion and, above all, easy to use.
  • Low-performance landing page templates that don't reflect the company's image and status.

Mission objectives: create scalable, conversion-focused HubSpot landing page templates

The objective of our experts at if/else agency: to design and develop landing page templates designed to increase conversion, while making them fully manageable for their teams. The goal? Enable Ringover teams to gain autonomy while achieving their marketing objectives. Objectives in brief:

  • Create UX/UI friendly landing page templates designed to boost conversion.
  • Empower marketing teams to edit and evolve their templates according to their day-to-day needs.
  • Develop responsive, graphically consistent templates to boost marketing performance and generate ROI.

Methodology: developing HubSpot B2B landing page templates

As you can see, the objective of if/else agency's experts was to develop landing page templates designed to increase conversion, while making them fully manageable for their teams. To achieve this, we proposed to design 4 new HubSpot landing page templates, from A to Z. Here's how we did it:

Step 1: Zoning and wireframes

Working closely with Ringover's marketing teams, if/else agency's designers analyzed each type of page to understand its challenges and objectives. This approach led to the design of zonings and wireframes structured around a fluid user experience and a clear hierarchy, favoring the passage to action and directly supporting Ringover's business performance.

Step 2: Web design & user experience

After defining a structure and hierarchy for each type of LP, we embellished them with Ringover's graphic universe so that these templates adopt a modern, elegant aesthetic, perfectly aligned with the brand's image. Every detail has been thought out to structure the information with precision, emphasize call-to-actions at key moments in the journey, and guarantee fluid reading, all with the aim of reinforcing the clarity of the message and optimizing the effectiveness of each page.

Step 3: Custom web development on HubSpot

Now it's time for the web development of these templates! The developers at if/else agency have designed HubSpot templates that are fully manageable, responsive and rich in customization options. Designed to be intuitive and easy to use, they enable the customer's teams to create and develop their pages autonomously, without depending on the developers.

Results: landing page templates optimized to maximize conversion rates.

  • Template LP E-book → for downloadable content
  • Template LP Replay → for webinar replays
  • Template LP Event → for event registrations
  • Template LP Démo → for generating qualified leads

Each template is modular, reusable and designed to generate more opportunities.

Summary of the Ringover ↔ if/else agency collaboration

  • Time to put a landing page online divided by 4 to 5
  • Greater autonomy for marketing teams
  • More effective, more modern pages, more aligned with the brand.

Project summary

  • Deliverables: 4 landing page templates: E-book, Replay, Event & Demo
  • Scope: Zoning, wireframe, web design and web development on HubSpot
  • Budget: ~5k €
  • Mission duration : 3 weeks / 1 month

The impact of a good template isn't just about "looking good": it's about empowering a team, streamlining processes, accelerating campaigns, maximizing conversion and regaining control. When you break down the silos between marketing teams and developers, it changes everything, and if/else agency's work for Ringover is proof of that.
